Refunds

Applies to purchasers who purchased a PBM Software single user license directly from Propel and paid for the PBM Software single user license using a credit card or PayPal.

THIRTY (30) DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

If you purchased a PBM Software single user license, which includes a PBM Update Service subscription, under Propel's thirty (30) day money back guarantee program using a credit card or PayPal, and are not completely satisfied with the PBM Product for any reason, you may cancel your purchase by cancelling your PBM Update Service subscription within the first thirty (30) days after such purchase, and receive a refund of your PBM Software single user license payment (less any applicable taxes, except in states or jurisdictions where taxes are refundable) if your credit card or PayPal account has been charged. Note this refund policy applies to purchases by credit card as set forth in the Propel PBM Terms of Service/Software License Agreement, and also applies to purchases using PayPal.

If you cancel after such initial thirty (30) day period, did not pay the subscription fee using a credit card or PayPal, or did not subscribe under Propel's thirty (30) day money back guarantee program, no refund is available.

Refunds are not available for PBM Update Service subscription renewals.
To cancel your PBM Update Service subscription, please send an email to Propel at pbm-support@propel.com requesting cancellation of your PBM Update Service subscription and providing your Serial Number Name and Serial Number, as provided to you in connection with your PBM Software single user license purchase.
